In response to insightful conversations with varied industry leaders and representatives within our community, it has become evident that employers are increasingly seeking individuals equipped with robust 21st-century skills. This workshop is designed to equip students with a comprehensive set of soft skills as working professionals across a diverse selection of industries.

This workshop will equip participants with essential skills for those fostering leadership qualities. Dive into the creative problem solving-process, learn how to define problems, generate ideas, and evaluate solutions using tools such as the six thinking hats and SMART goals. Participants will gain insights into conflict resolution by understanding the phases of the process and different resolution styles. Discover practical techniques to prevent and manage conflicts and improve stress management. Master the art of delivering constructive criticism, knowing when and how to provide feedback for ongoing improvement. This class empowers students with the practical leadership tools to navigate challenges and drive positive outcomes in the workplace.
