In response to insightful conversations with varied industry leaders and representatives within our community, it has become evident that employers are increasingly seeking individuals equipped with robust 21st-century skills. This workshop is designed to equip students with a comprehensive set of soft skills as working professional across a diverse selection of industries.
Participants will hone their communication skills through an in-depth exploration of various communication strategies. From understanding the essence of communication to overcoming barriers, participants will develop both verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Participants will also explore customer service, learning how to provide outstanding service, how to manage difficult customer interactions, and how to build lasting customer relationships, both in-person and online.
