Join us for a 2 week online summer day camp and learn the basics of computing and cybersecurity. This program is designed for high schools students to introduce them the growing field of cybersecurity through hands-on activities and direct interaction with industry experts. Campers will receive their own Raspberry Pi and learn the basics of programming, circuit design, and cyber-physical systems. Camp will run Monday through Thursday of each week with live sessions from 9:00am to 1:00pm MDT. All live sessions will be recorded and added to camp platform for those who were unable to attend a live sessions.
Campers will also get to virtually tour Idaho National Lab’s world-class facilities where researchers tackle the nation’s most pressing problems. Interact with peers and mentors through online meetings and explore the possibilities of a challenging and rewarding career path. On the last day of camp, use your new skills to solve challenging puzzles and “capture the flag.” No prior knowledge or skills are required.

* Binary, hex, encoding, and cryptography
* Safe and secure online behavior
* Cybersecurity “capture the flag”
Campers will receive a t-shirt and Raspberry Pi kit with additional project items to keep. Come make new friends, and great memories - can you hack it?
