Organizations of all types and sizes have project work that requires a different kind of management practice than the general management of day-to-day business operations. Learn about the significance and unique characteristics of project management from a Supervisor or Manager’s perspective, including the fundamental impact the “triple constraints” of scope, schedule and cost have on project activities. Examine your relationship with the role and responsibilities of the Project Sponsor and project stakeholders.
