Dive deeper into the aspects of pottery with greater time on the potter’s wheel and more complex glazing techniques, including greater on the different types of firing and glazes. There will also be introduction to and exploration of molds, sculpture and slip. Students will have the choice of what pieces to make with one-on-one instruction from instructor. At the end of the course, students will have the opportunity to have professional pictures of their pieces taken. This class is the follow up course to the Introduction to Ceramics Class. Supplies are provided by the instructor.
