Perfected by the French, all sauces are categorized into one of 5 groups of sauce bases as the foundation for other sauces called Mother Sauces, including: Espagnole, Veloute, Béchamel, Tomato and Emulsion.  Come learn how to make sauce for any dish! Supplies are provided by the instructor.
