CourseGraphic This cooking skills class equips participants with the core skills to confidently create high-quality, handcrafted chocolates at home through essential techniques like tempering, molding, and flavor infusion.

Students will learn :
  • how to create a stable ganache emulsion and fix a broken ganache.
  • how to temper chocolate for a glossy finish and crisp snap.
  • how to adjust ganache ratios to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
  • how to infuse flavors and pair ingredients to elevate truffle profiles.
  • artisanal finishing techniques, including rolling and coating truffles in tempered chocolate
